TERMS OF SERVICE

- All communication between artist and client shall be done via Telegram or Discord DM's
- Artist will keep the client updated with progress through Telegram or Discord DM's
- Upfront after the scetch
- Payment will only be accepted through VISA. The artist will not start the project until the upfront payment has been paid for.
- Artist has the right to refuse a commission application
- Refunds are not allowed when model is halfway completed.
- The artist is allowed to publicly display commissioned artwork in any way they wish. If the client wishes for a commission to be kept private, they must state as such when ordering.
- Any major changes that the client may wish after the work has been completed, will require additional charges.
- Artist will contact you if they accept your application or if they require more information
- Artist will not give out the project file (.cmo3)
- Commissioner is allowed to profit off of the final product
